Welcome to Appliance Works

Too much food left on the plates: This sounds obvious, but this is still very common.
How do I fix it:
It’s not necessary to wash the dishes before placing them in the baskets, however scrapping all solid food off the plates will ensure you get best results. Beware that citrus pips can get through the machines filters; these pips can block or damage the drain pump.

Spray arms are blocked:
Food and debris can work their way through the filters and into the holes located in the spray-arms. Blockages in these holes could render the arms unable to sprinkle over the dishes. In the worst case the arms will stop rotating altogether.
How do I fix it: Don’t be tempted to dig at these holes with a metal knife. The holes must not be damaged. Remove the lower and upper spray arms from the machine to clean. Rinsing with water and tapping the debris out should be sufficient.
